Our Roots

A second-generation grower

Mushrooms run in the family. After immigrating to Canada from Vietnam, Chris's father built a mushroom farm from the ground up — and Chris grew up immersed in the craft, learning cultivation from an early age.

Today, Chris carries that lifelong passion forward at commercial scale, pairing decades of hands-on family experience with the best of modern European growing technology.

European Expertise

Designed with European expertise

The WCSM facility was developed in collaboration with Arpad Mutsy, a leading European mushroom grower, and equipped with best-in-class European systems — including Vierrebi (Italy) and Trioliet (Netherlands).
